The Process
At Greymade, we value the time we spend communicating with our customers to ensure that we create garments that reflect their personalities, aesthetics, and specific physical needs. Our undergarments are the first clothing that comes into contact with our bodies, and they should feel not only comfortable and supportive but also like a little indulgence that we can enjoy every day.

Below is our step-by-step guide that will take us from consultation to finished custom lingerie.

Design Consultation & Measurements
Schedule an in-person consultation at the Greymade studio or opt for a home visit. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your design preferences, including fabric types, colors, and trims, and review our styles to identify what best suits your taste. We will also take detailed measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Customizations to our styles are available to accommodate asymmetries, mastectomies, post-surgical needs, and individuals of all gender identities. Our goal is to ensure that you look and feel amazing in your undergarments, no matter your shape, size, or needs.
Full payment is required after the consultation to begin production on your order. Invoices with a detailed price breakdown will be provided to all clients.

Custom Pattern Creation
A custom pattern is created tailored to your specific measurements. Then a prototype (toile) is developed to ensure the fit and design meet your expectations.

First "Toile" Fitting
Schedule a fitting session at the Greymade studio or at your home to try on the prototype. Incorporate feedback and make adjustments to ensure the final product is perfect.
*Depending on your needs, this step may need to be repeated more than once.

Final "Forward" Fitting
Final fitting of the lingerie in the chosen fabric and trims, based on the perfected pattern. We will check the last fit details, such as strap length and closures. Once completed, no further changes can be made to the design.

Delivery & Aftercare
Your garments will be beautifully packaged in our studio for pickup or delivered to you upon request. Detailed care instructions will be provided to ensure your lingerie remains in pristine condition.
The total time to complete your garments is approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on when your fittings are scheduled. Since these are custom garments, they do take time, but the perfect fit is well worth the wait!
PricingÂ
At Greymade, our prices reflect the craftsmanship and premium materials, with standard sets (bra & panty) starting at $250, and individual pieces from $100. Customizations due to medical conditions are offered at no additional charge. However, extensive changes to our existing designs may incur extra costs or, in some cases, may not be accepted. All pricing details will be discussed during your consultation to ensure clarity.

Our Guarantee
After delivery, we will follow up to ask how the lingerie feels when worn. If you notice any defects or flaws, we will inspect and repair it as soon as possible after you notify us.
